Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am here to consult with a sexologist or an experienced ayurveda practitioner regarding my issue with premature ejaculation.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your case details, and I can understand your issues.

Premature ejaculation is not a disease. It is a psychosomatic disorder (due to stress and conflicts) and can be managed easily. The common causes that can affect sexual health are stress, anxiety, high blood sugar and pressure, constipated bowel, obesity.

I suggest you take (consult with the specialist doctor, talk to him or her and take the medicines with their consent). Take tablet Baidhynath Manmath Ras (Amla, Giloy, Haritaki, Ginger, Cinnamon) and tablet Dhootapapeshwar Trivanga Bhasma (Yashad bhasma, Vang bhasma, Lemon). Make a powder of one tablet of each, mix it with a teaspoon of honey, and eat twice a day before food. Have one spoon of Dabur Ashwagandhadhi lehya (Manjistha, Haritaki, Haridra) twice daily. Take Manasamitra Vati (Bala, Nagbala, Bilwa) twice daily after meals. Also, avoid spicy and fried foods, do yoga, meditation, and pranayama regularly, drink lots of water, and have adequate sleep. Follow the above things and get back after 15 days.

Regards.

The Probable causes

Regarding follow up

Do these things and provide your feedback after 15 days of medications. Thanks

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for your response.

I will follow the instructions and share my feedback in 15 days. Please recommend the brand which is readily available to buy. Also, is there an instant relief as an alternative (if I engage in sex) in the meantime while I am on the medication?

I presume the medications are recommended based on my health reports (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity) I shared. I just wanted to confirm.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have already mentioned the brands of the medicines apart from the tablet Manasamitra. These medicines provide you instant results too. Dhootapapeshwar is a brand name. You should not take a heavy dose of medicines to get instant results. So be patient and start medications. Definitely, you will get satisfactory results within one week.

Yes, I have prescribed these medicines as per your complaints and investigation reports.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your quick response.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is my pleasure.

Thank you so much.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am starting the medications from today as the medicine took time to reach me.

While taking these medicines, can I eat non-vegetarian food and consume alcohol? Is it fine to drink once a week?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Yes, start with the medications. You can take non-vegetarian food, but it should not be oily, spicy, or fried. It is better to avoid alcohol consumption if possible.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I wanted to provide you with an update. It has been over two weeks I see a slight difference, but not consistent. For example, sometimes I ejaculate within a minute, and sometimes it goes beyond a minute. Should I continue the same medication? Please help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Yes, you should continue the same medicines for two more weeks to get better results. I suggest you add the following,

Tablet Dhootapapeshwar chandraprabha vati - two tablets thrice a day after meals with normal water. After using these medicines definitely, you will get positive results.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Should I add this tablet along with Dabur Ashwagandhadi Lehyam after meals and tablet Manasamitra Vati, but the new would-be thrice after a meal, am I right, doctor? And would you be kind to tell me what benefits this would add to my current medication?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Yes, it is correct. Two tablets thrice a day after meals along with other medications. It is an entirely safe medicine. Although if you face any problem while medications, you may let me know or reduces their doses. It works on the urinary tract and ejaculatory tract to mark them clean and healthy. It provides strength too. So do not worry about it.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Two tablets thrice a day after meals, does it mean two tablets after each meal, i.e., six tablets or two tablets to be spread across three meals a day, i.e., two tablets per day. I know it sounds silly, but I just want to be very clear. Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Six tablets in each day. If you face any issues you can reduce its doses. Hope your doubts has been cleared. Thanks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
