Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a sex problem which is premature ejaculation. Can I take Orithal Thamarai powder?

Answered by Dr. Alka

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or very soon after involvement in sexual activity. It does not have any proper cause. Sometimes it might be due to stress or performance anxiety. So first of all stop worrying about your problem. Stress affects your sexual health, so do it without any anxiety.

  • You asked about Orithal Thamarai powder, you can take it as advised to you earlier.
  • Along with this, you can also use Hispo gel or Hispo oil. Use this oil or gel one hour before intercourse. Wash the genitals area and the entire pubic area with water and mild soap. Allow for drying. Take one to two milliliters of oil on the fingers and rub gently on the penis and scrotum region.
  • Quit smoking and drinking if you do, because these also promote premature ejaculation.
  • Take healthy food. Sleep adequately. Do exercise daily.

All these things will help to improve your condition.
