Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 38-year-old male. I have kids too. Recently, I have been unable to perform for a long time. Sex ejection is happening in just two minutes or earlier. I used to have sex continuously for the second time after the first time ejection. But now, I am unable to do it. Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have gone through the query, and I understand your concern.
I suggest you reduce stress and anxiety. Do a warm oil massage on your lower abdomen every day. Avoid junk food, fast food, fried or oily food. Maintain a healthy diet and do moderate exercise every day. Perform meditation and mindful breathing exercises. Avoid drinking, smoking, and having tobacco, because all these irregular activities will weaken the nerves and cause premature ejaculation. So your nerves need to be relaxed. Also, check whether you have excess body heat. Drink tender coconut water and buttermilk regularly.
I suggest eating more almonds and amla honey every day. Add ghee and butter to your food. Take half a teaspoon of nutmeg powder, mix it with a glass of warm milk, and consume it every night before sleep. I suggest Ayurvedic medication like Shatavari leha (Shatavari juice extract, Jaggery, Ghee) one teaspoon morning and night after food. Kameshwar modaka (Mukta pisti, Pravala pisti, Mukta sukti pisti, Kapardika bhasma) twice daily after food, Ashwagandha churna (Withania somnifera) in hot milk before bed. I suggest you take all these for one month. Avoid sex during medication for a faster effect.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
