Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Is Musli premium capsule effective in premature ejaculation? I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for the last two years.

Answered by Dr. Bhavia K. Babu

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have just gone through your presenting complaint. First of all, I appreciate you for consulting your issue regarding premature ejaculation with a doctor because 90 % of people will not do this. This is not a serious issue, and it is the most common sexual problem for men. It can happen to anyone. For this issue, treatment is available at any point. As you mentioned here, there are so many products available in the market which are not at all worthy. Please do not go for such products. This problem can be completely cured if you are taking proper instructions and medications from a doctor itself. Do not go for self-medication; it may affect inversely. I suggest you go for vibrational threshold testing and somatosensory latency testing. I suggest you consult a specialist and take the following medications with their consent. Mentat (Thyme-Leaved Gratiola or Brahmi, Indian Pennywort or Madhukaparni, Winter Cherry or Ashwagandha) two tablets at bedtime for 15 days, Confido (Vriddhadaru or Argyreia speciosa, Gokshura or Tribulus terrestris, Jeevanti or Leptadenia reticulata, Shaileyam or Parmelia perlata, Ashvagandha or Withania somnifera, Kokilaksha or Asteracantha longifolia, Vanya kahu or Lactuca serriola, Kapikachhu or Mucuna pruriens, Svarnavanga) one tablet twice daily for 15 days, and Chyavanaprasam 1 tablespoon at bed time followed by one glass of milk for 15 days. You must include ten almonds, pumpkin seeds, yogurt, oats, garlic, and whole grains in your diet. Kindly avoid too much hot and spicy food. Please follow up after 15 days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
