Patient's Query

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen the attached pictures (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). The hyperpigmentation of the skin can be due to itching and inflammation because these problems may cause excessive release of melanocytes. Melanocytes are cells that give our skin its color. Excessive production of these cells may cause hyperpigmentation or dark coloration of the skin. For this problem, I suggest you follow these steps:

Apply anti-acne cream on the affected area two to three times a day.

Make a paste of some turmeric powder and sandalwood powder and apply it on the affected area two to three times a day and after some time, wash it away with normal water.

Take Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia) capsule one capsule two times a day with water after food for three weeks.

Take Neem (Azadirachta indica) capsule one capsule two times a day with water after food for three weeks.

Avoid fermented foods, excessive salt, and sleeping during the afternoon time.

Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medications with their consent.

The next problem is your erection, itching, and cracks in your penis. In your pictures (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), it seems that your foreskin is tight. This tight foreskin can cause itching in the penis. If a tight foreskin causes you problems, then it needs to be managed by a surgeon or a urologist. However, you can follow this method for one month and if you see any better results, then continue for one more month; if not, you need to visit a nearby general surgeon or urologist. Take some coconut oil or sesame seed oil and gently massage back and forth of your penis region for five to ten minutes. After half an hour, take a bath with lukewarm water. Erectile dysfunction, which you are facing for two to three weeks, can be due to anxiety. For that, I suggest you take -

Tablet Confido (Argyreia speciosa, Tribulus terrestris, Leptadenia reticulata, and Parmelia perlata) one tablet two times a day with water after food for three weeks.

Capsule Tentex fort (Hibiscus Abelmoschus, Withania somnifera, Argyreia speciosa, Mucuna pruriens, and Crocus sativus) capsules in the evening time with water after food for three weeks.

Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent. In case of any allergic reaction you see in your body, stop all the medicines immediately, and in case of any emergency, you can visit a nearby physician. After three weeks, consult a nearby Ayurveda physician regarding improvement and further management or me.

Thank you.
