Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I did not have tight foreskin problems before when I was engaged in sex, it was normal and would be pulled back. I did not try to pull it back before. But I am pulling back from one and a half years. It is going back, but not comfortable while performing sex. Is there natural ayurvedic medicine for it?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
See the condition of the tight foreskin is called phimosis. According to Ayurveda, this condition needs oleation therapy both internally as well as externally. I would suggest the following:
For internal oleation therapy take Ashwagandha ghrita one teaspoon with some lukewarm milk early in the morning and empty stomach for four weeks.
For external oleation therapy take Ksheerbaladi oil and do a gentle massage with it of your penis for five to 10 minutes in the morning and take a bath with lukewarm water after massage.
Initially, it would be difficult for you to do massage but with regular practice, you will find it easier. However, there is a procedure named circumcision for tight foreskin and you can ask about it completely from a nearby reputed surgeon if you are interested in the procedure. If not interested in the procedure then take these medicines regularly and consult me at icliniq.com after one month. On regular intake, these medicines will help you a lot.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
Thank you.
