I have had a persistent, severe cough for the past three to four days and, also feels like itching in my throat. Please help.

I suggest to take two tablets of Tinospora Gulancha (Terpenoid, Alkaloid, Lignans, Steroids) two times a day with lukewarm water after food for one week. Also, take two teaspoons of the syrup containing liquorice root, holy basil, and honey with water. Make a decoction using tulsi leaves (holy basil), ginger, cardamom, black pepper and water and drink it two times a day. Consult nearby Ayurveda physician after one week regarding improvement and for further management.Please follow up for further assistance.
