Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I suggest you take the following medicines:

1. Rasna irandadi kashyam (concentrated decoction prepared from herbal ingredients) -Take 15 ml twice a day with water after food for four weeks.

2. Yograj guggul - two tablets twice a day with water after food for four weeks.

3. Cap. Shallaki (Indian frankincense) - two capsules twice a day with water after food for four weeks.

4. Mahanarayan oil for external application. Take this oil and do a gentle massage twice a day.

Along with this learn exercises from a nearby physiotherapist. They will help you a lot. If you have a Panchkarma center nearby, ask for Greeva Basti. This will be very beneficial for you. I suggest a follow-up after a month.

I hope this information will help you.

Please revert in case of more queries.

Thank you.

Regarding follow up

I suggest follow-up after one month.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
