Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I just read your query and reviewed the attached file (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity). Your cholesterol and uric acid levels are elevated. Additionally, your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) level is decreased, indicating hyperthyroidism. I am recommending medication for high cholesterol as well as for your back and neck pain. Please take the prescribed medications regularly for two weeks and consult me afterward for improvement and further management. Alternatively, you may consult a nearby Ayurveda physician. Please take the following medications:

  1. Take capsule Arjun, two capsules twice a day with water after meals for two weeks.
  2. Take capsule Giloy, two capsules twice a day with water after meals for two weeks.
  3. Take tablet Triphala, two tablets at bedtime with lukewarm water. Do not consume anything after taking these tablets.
  4. Take capsule Shallaki, two capsules twice a day with water after meals for two weeks.
  5. Apply Mahanarayan oil and gently massage your neck and back twice a day. Avoid sitting under a fan or air conditioner for some time after applying the oil.

Regarding hyperthyroidism, you will need hormonal therapy to address it. For that, you should visit a nearby general physician.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
