Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Yes, we have treatment in Ayurveda, but along with the medications, treatments like eye massage, tarpanam, and Natyam should be done. Consult your doctor, discuss with them, and take the treatments if you can find any Ayurveda health centers. These treatments can improve visual acuity and stop the progression of a number of degenerative changes. In most cases, nearsightedness is simply a minor inconvenience and poses little or no risk to the health of the eye. Do not give a mobile phone, which will cause visual pressure. Yoga and meditation can help improve the condition. Regular sleep is also a prerequisite for curing myopia. Give a lot of green leafy vegetables like broccoli and spinach, as well as vegetables like carrots, beans, and cabbage. I suggest using eye drops for about three months. Consult your doctor, discuss with them, and then take the medications.

I hope this helps.

Please revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.
