Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 32-year-old male with a height of 5 feet and 3 inches and weighing around 134.48 Ibs. Two years back, I suffered from myocardial infarction, and my LEVF was 35 to 40 %. I am taking Arjuna bark boiled in hot water empty stomach daily. Please suggest what I should do.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query. Arjuna bark is very good for the heart. Continue the intake of Arjuna bark, but take it twice a day. For example, you can take two capsules of Arjuna twice a day with water. Continuous intake will yield positive results within a couple of months. Along with this, take one clove of garlic daily. Consult me after one month regarding improvement and further management, or you can consult a reputed Ayurveda physician. I hope you are satisfied with my answer. Kindly revert for follow-up after a month.

Thank you.
