Migraine Triggering Foods

A type of long-lasting and uni-lateral headache is called a migraine. It is believed that foods high in sodium, food additives (monosodium glutamate), and artificial sweeteners can trigger a migraine. Some other food triggers are eggs, onions, wheat, dairy products, citrus fruits, caffeine, chocolate, and nuts.
