How to manage symptoms of excessive masturbation?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 19 years old and weigh approximately 143.3 pounds. I am experiencing symptoms that I believe are related to excessive masturbation, including leg pain, fatigue, nightfall, body weakness, and impaired memory. I also notice thinning hair and some hair loss on the top of my head. I have been masturbating for the past seven years. Initially, I was doing it excessively, four to five times a day, but now I have managed to reduce it to once or twice a week. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to stop entirely and I need help. Could you suggest some remedies to alleviate these side effects?

Can I take shilajit and ashwagandha? If so, what dosage should I use? Additionally, do you have any recommendations for improving my memory?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You are experiencing symptoms related to excessive masturbation. This is not unusual at your age. Please consider the following recommendations:

  1. Rathina purush (containing rasna, amrita, and argavadha): Take one capsule in the morning and one at night with a cup of milk.
  2. Gnanavalli capsules (containing centella asiatica, bacopa monnieri, and acorus calamus): Take one capsule in the morning and two capsules in the evening.

These medications are available at Siddha and Ayurvedic pharmacies. They are the primary treatments for your issues. You can contact local Ayurvedic medical shops to obtain them.

Shilajit and ashwagandha are supplementary and highly beneficial. For Shilajit (containing ashwagandha, bhoomi amla, harad, and baheda), take one capsule in the morning, one after lunch, and one in the evening. For ashwagandha legium (containing manjistha, haritaki, and haridra), one teaspoon in the morning, after lunch, and after dinner is recommended. All four of these supplements should be taken after meals for three months to rejuvenate and boost your energy levels, as well as to improve your memory.

Additionally, you may benefit from consuming more dry grapes, grape juice, and pomegranate juice, and incorporating more curd or buttermilk into your diet. Apply Brahmi hair oil (containing brahmi, amalaki, and tila taila) to your hair, leave it on for 30 minutes, and then wash it out. This should be done every other day in the morning to help maintain normal body temperature.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
