Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a high blood pressure, high cholesterol, over weight, tinnitus, and vertigo. I am having vertigo for the past seven years. I had low blood pressure previously but have high blood pressure for the past 25 days. I have cholesterol for the past six months. My vitamin D3 is 7.11 nanograms per milliliter (low) and vitamin B12 is 185 nanograms per litre. I am taking allopathy medications. I took blood tests. Suggest me ayurvedic medicines.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From the reports attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), overweight and abnormal lipid profile causes high blood pressure and vertigo. Low blood pressure may also causes vertigo and depression. It can be managed through ayurvedic medicines but it will take some time to heal.

1. Do TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) and ECG (echocardiogram) tests.

2. Quit smoking and drinking if you have these habits.

3. Avoid soft drinks and ice-creams.

4. Do regular kapalbhati and pranayam like anulom, vilom, nadi shodhan and bhramari.

Follow up after one month.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
