Kumari Legiyam

Kumari legiyam is a broad spectrum Siddha medicine, a sarva roga nivaarani, and contains nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, black pepper, aloe vera, and sugar candy, ghee, and honey. It is usually taken two to three times a day by mixing 2 to 4 grams with water. It should be given to diabetic patients only if diabetes is under control.
