Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I wanted to consult you for inflammatory bowel disease, syndrome, and related food intolerance issues. I have a history of autoimmune issue and was looking for something that can block tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the intestine because I get an immune reaction when I eat food. Also, I wanted to know the homeopathic treatment option.

Hello,

Welcome to iclinq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Can you tell me what type of autoimmune issue you have? Can you give more explanation regarding your complaint?

  1. What are you suffering from?
  2. What do you feel after having food?
  3. What do you feel in your tummy during the complaint?
  4. When does it increase and decrease?
  5. Do you smoke?
  6. Do you have any related family history?
  7. Are you going through any incidents in life such as death, breakup, financial loss, etc.?
  8. What are the most common symptoms?

These details will help to decide the duration of treatment and meditation. With homeopathic treatment, you will be fine with time as it does not have side effects as we have with steroids. Homeopathy and lifestyle management will help you to recover nicely. Also, do not forget to mention apart from gastric troubles do you have any other problems?

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

My main problems are food intolerance to wheat, dairy, corn, soy, lentils, and sulfur-based foods like broccoli, cabbage, garlic, etc. Foul smelling gas and bloating after eating. Irritable bowel syndrome, gluten issue, chronic fatigue, brain fog, confusion, and tiredness after eating. Over activation of the immune system when I eat foods that I am sensitive to. Also, I get restless and excited sometimes.

I do not smoke, have no related medical history, and am not facing any significant issues in life. I am totally fine with homeopathy treatment.

Hello,

Welcome back to iclinic.com.

Can you tell me a few more things, such as:

  1. What is the stool pattern, and do you have blood or mucus in the stool?
  2. Do you immediately rush for stool?
  3. Is there any pain in the tummy after, during, or before stool?
  4. Do you feel pain in the rectum during, before, or after stool?
  5. Any burning sensation in the rectum?
  6. Do you find the smell of food annoying?
  7. Do you have a desire for stool immediately after eating or drinking?
  8. Do you have piles?
  9. Do the complaints worsen much at night, day or evening.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

  1. I have a yellow color stool with no blood in it. Mucus may be present.
  2. Sometimes I have to rush for stool with a feeling of discomfort immediately.
  3. I do not feel pain in my tummy or rectum.
  4. A burning sensation sometimes occurs but not so often.
  5. The smell of rotten eggs annoys me a lot. I found the smell of rotten eggs like sulfur.
  6. I do not have piles.
  7. I am not sure the problem worsens in which part of the day.

I also have a gut bacteria imbalance and high sulfate-reducing bacteria, which converts sulfate or sulfur to hydrogen sulfide.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

  1. Can you tell me whether you have a watery stool?
  2. Do you feel a desire for stool immediately after having food?

I suggest you start taking the following medications (consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medications with their consent):

  1. Carbo veg 200 (Charcoal black) - Five pills in the morning, noon, and evening.
  2. Argentum nitricum 30 (Silver nitrate) - Five pills in the morning, noon, evening, and night.
  3. Psorinum (Psorinum, alcohol, water) 30 - Five pills at bedtime only.

Follow up after one week to decide the duration of treatment and further medication.

Patient's Query

Thank you for your reply, doctor.

I wanted to do a phone consultation today before starting these medicines.

Can we do a phone consultation?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can indeed make an appointment for a phone call. The icliniq team will help you to make the call.

Along with medicines:

  1. Do yoga asanas for inflammatory bowel disease.
  2. Take simple food of your heritage (I am sure it will not harm you much).
  3. By taking medicines regularly, your complaints will resolve with time.
  4. Take medicines punctually and regularly (irregular patterns reduce your healing cycle).
  5. Have patience as you have an autoimmune issue it will take time to solve (It is your body pattern, so medicines will help to get rid of discomfort. It will not come out from your body, but you will feel I'm by medicines).

Also, let me know what type of food you have in the day and how you start your day.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
