Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 35-year-old female who weighs 88.18 pounds and is 4 feet 11 inches tall.
I have multiple stomach disorders. The main one is indigestion, and I frequently experience a heavy, bloated feeling in my stomach. I look skinny and frail. I have trouble digesting food and absorbing nutrients. My recent vitamin and hemoglobin testing came back with terrible results.
Additionally, I have piles, which I believe are related to my indigestion and stomach issues. My stools are loose and contain undigested food. I do not have heartburn or sour belching. But my burp smells horrible. I am unable to eat even slightly more. It makes me uncomfortable. My stomach begins making unpleasant noises. Both a burp with a terrible odor and food poisoning-like symptoms are caused by it. I also get diarrhea from it.
In the evenings, I also frequently have noises coming from my stomach that are not related to hunger. I pass a lot of gas till morning. I cannot even eat a small quantity of fruit as it causes more gas. I am skinny and lost all of my appetite. Even if I want to eat, I cannot. My bowels are not instantly clear in the morning, either. Two or three trips to the toilet are required.
I have trouble passing gas, and my stools are not firm. It does not get cleared at once. I experienced a similar issue ten years ago. I received some medications from an Ayurvedic physician, who treated me nicely. However, since we relocated, I no longer have the prescription. And I do not remember the other medications.
Please help.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
You are suffering from indigestion. You have to change your dietary habits to overcome digestive disorders. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below,
1. Avoid spicy, oily, and non-vegetarian food.
2. Get adequate sleep of seven to eight hours daily.
3. Take meals on time.
4. Eat green vegetables, salads, and fruits.
5. Drink plenty of water.
6. Do a sitz bath twice daily with lukewarm water, which will help reduce the pile's problem.
However, I suggest you consult an Ayurvedic physician and get your Prakruti examined according to Ayurveda and get Ayurvedic medicine accordingly. In addition, the Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy, Virechan, will help improve your digestion. Kindly share your blood reports or previous prescriptions for further evaluation.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
