High Pitta

High pitta is a condition that has increased accumulation of pitta in the body. There is an increased generation of heat in the body and causes diseases like acid reflux, gas, and indigestion. It also causes anger, hot flashes, infection, and rashes in the body. High pitta is managed by avoiding foods that increase pitta in the body and taking foods that decrease pitta. Foods that can reduce pitta in the body are fruits and vegetables like grapes, apples, lemon, tomatoes, onions, and radish.
