Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com

I read your query and understand your concern.

I have gone through your reports (attachment removed to protect the patient’s identity), your sugar level is high but your liver and renal function is quiet abnormal. Have you ever taken an abdominal scan? If not please get an ultrasound of complete abdomen. I would suggest you to avoid junk food, sugar and other beverages containing sugar. Eat fiber rich diet like broccoli, apples, avocado, and lentils. Also Include whole grain, brown rice in your diet. Please let me know about other health complaints you are facing right now and go through the medicines mentioned below for diabetes

1. Aimil Amree plus (Bilva, Haridra, Bimbi) tablet, morning and evening, after food.

2. Kathakakhadiradhi kashayam (Kataka, Dharthi, Vairi) four teaspoons plus one and half tablespoons of hot water after food.

3. Chandraprabha Vati (Chandraprabha, Vachu, Musta), morning and evening, after food.

4. Madhumehari granules (Gurmar Patti (Gymnema Sylvestre), Jamnumguthli (Syzygium Cumini), Karela (Momordica Charantia)) 1 tablespoon in hot water morning and after dinner.

5. Triphala churnam (Amlaki, Haritaki, Vibhitaki) 1 tablespoon in hot water and after dinner.

Hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
