Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My sister is having some kind of vibration in her feet. Her hemoglobin is also very low. What could it be?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I just read your query.
The problem your sister is facing is due to low hemoglobin. So, I suggest she take an iron supplement and also foods rich in iron like green vegetables, dry raisins, dry apricots, apples, bananas, beans, peas, black chickpeas, etc. Tell her to take syrup Lohasava (Ayurvedic tonic) two teaspoons twice a day with water after food for four weeks. Sometimes it may cause stomach upset, in that case, tell her to take it once daily initially and then slowly increase the dose. Give it to her for one month, improve her diet, and check her hemoglobin after one month. If she still has swelling in her feet then tell her to give support below her feet while sitting and take a pillow under her feet while sleeping.
Consult a nearby physician, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.
I hope you find my answer helpful.
Thank you.
