Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been suffering from a heart problem for the last five months, there is some blockage in my left artery. Is there any Ayurvedic medicine that can remove my heart block?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. If the blockage is more and hindering your daily activities then it is better to consult a nearby cardiologist. He will prescribe you all the necessary tests. If you require further treatment like placing a stent then you can take it accordingly. Once your condition is stabilized, he will put you on medications. Then you can take ayurvedic medicine along with those which will help you a lot and will protect your heart from further blockage and from other problems too. I suggest you take the following ayurvedic medications along with precautions -

  1. Take capsule Arjuna (arjunic acid) one capsule twice a day with water for four to six weeks.
  2. Avoid junk food, deep-fried food, and caffeinated drinks.
  3. Avoid smoking and drinking if you do. But I still recommend you to visit a cardiologist. After a proper diagnosis and the conditions are stabilized, come back with all the reports and investigations, then we can start the proper ayurvedic treatment.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
