What is the treatment of receding hairline and hair fall?

I am 22 years old. I have receding hairline and hair fall, for a year. I am not under any medication. How to treat it?

There can be many causes behind this kind of hair fall like, genetic causes, nutritional deficiency, improper lifestyle, etc. If it is due to a genetic cause, then it will be hard to control with medicine. Kindly consult your doctor to discuss the suggestion and take the treatment with consent. Follow-up after two weeks.

Mahabhringraj oil (Bhringaraja, Daruharidra, Nagkesar, mulethi) for local application. Apply it on every alternate day and wash your hair with mild herbal shampoo.
Take tablet Asthiposhak (Kukkutandatvak Bhasma, Shodhit Laksha, Shodhit Guggulu) two tablets two times a day with water after food for two weeks.
Take healthy and fresh food.
