Hello doctor,
I am a 25-year-old student and suffering from hair loss since few years I have an itching scalp. Whenever my exams come I can see many hairs falling on my books even washing my hair also I can see strands of hair on my hand. My scalp now can easily see the cause of the loss of hair. Please suggest what do I do.
Hello,
Welcome to Icliniq.com.
I am glad to answer your query and understand your concern. There are several reasons for hair loss in young people. After reading your history, it seems the mental stress due to exam is the cause for your hair loss. I have seen many such youngsters complaining about hair loss during exam time period. Homeopathy can help you to a great extend in such cases. You should try Arnica 6c or 30c three to four pills every day for five days. Add three pills in half cup of water and drink that water slowly in the evening. Along with medicines, it is necessary to maintain the good amount of nutrition. Most of the time consumption of less healthy food or junk food is one of the cause for hair loss. Hence avoid eating fatty and oily food. Instead add more fruits and vegetables in your meal. Also maintain hygiene of your hairs. Wash them two to three times a week. Apply and massage the scalp with hair oil. I hope this will resolve your problem.
Thank you.
