So, first of all, rule out the proper cause, because once the proper cause is ruled out, it will be easier for you to seek treatment rather than opting for generalized hair fall treatment. For example, if you have a hormonal problem, visit a nearby physician who can prescribe appropriate treatment. Here, I am providing general treatment suggestions for dry hair and hair fall:

  1. Avoid using harsh shampoos for washing your hair, and refrain from washing your hair every day.
  2. Use a mild herbal shampoo for hair washing.
  3. If you have a dandruff problem, use an anti-dandruff shampoo, as dandruff can also cause hair fall and other hair problems.
  4. Take Mahabhringraj oil and massage it into your hair and scalp two to three times a week, preferably the night before washing your hair.
