Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I lose my hair very rapidly. So, I want to get rid of my hair fall problem. I want to regrow my hair quickly. Kindly suggest to me the solution for hair fall.
Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your concern.
You did not mention how long have you been suffering from this problem or whether have you taken any medicine or not.
There might be many reasons behind hair fall like stress, lack of proper diet or sleep, some medications, hereditary or male pattern baldness, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal changes, some sort of skin infection, etc. Everybody sheds around 50 to 100 strands of hair daily. This is normal. If you shed more than this then it is considered as hair fall. Sometimes you lose hair in a patch in a particular area of the head called alopecia areata. This is different from generalized hair fall. First of all rule out the exact type of hair fall whether it is hereditary or due to some other reason. Once this thing is clear to you. Once this thing is clear, it will be easier to treat. Coming to your treatment. First of all, improve your lifestyle. Lifestyle plays a major role in hair care. I suggest you to follow a few things mentioned below.
Try all these regularly and you will soon feel positive results. I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
Thank you.
