Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 31 years old and was diagnosed with mild hypothyroidism a week ago. I have noticed my hair turning gray over the past year, and I have been using a combination of coconut oil, curry leaves, and garlic. Is there a specific type of oil that can help delay the graying of my hair and possibly reverse the graying that has already occurred?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read your query, but you did not share your thyroid reports. If it is mild, keep an eye on it and repeat the test after a few months. This way, you can take appropriate medication if it increases. For now, focus on maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly to help with your thyroid. Try all these regularly, and you will soon feel positive results.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
Thank you.
