Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 31 years old man. My height is 158 centimeters and 4 inches, and I weigh 163.142 pounds. I have gastric problems, constipation, and swelling in my rectum. The stool is not passing as usual. Some feces are left inside, which comes during the wash.

Please suggest some medicine.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query. You can take the following medicines for your problem:

  1. Syrup Abhyarishta 15 milliliters twice a day with water after food for 10 days.
  2. Avipatikar Churan one tablespoon twice daily with water after food for 10 days.
  3. Triphala Churan 2 tablespoons at bedtime with lukewarm water for 10 days.
  4. Drink plenty of water. Add more salads, fruits and whole grains cereals to your diet. Avoid excessive spicy and junk food, tea, coffee and caffeinated drinks.
  5. Fill a bathtub with lukewarm water and sit in it two to three times a day.

But if the problem is chronic, like swelling in the rectal area, and in case of emergency, I advise you to visit a nearby reputed general surgeon.

I hope you find my answer helpful. For more queries, you can consult me.

Thank you.
