What is the ayurvedic remedy available for tight foreskin?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 24-year-old male. I have a tight foreskin. When my penis is erect I can pull down the skin completely without any problem, but when it is normal, it cannot be pulled down completely. Sometimes, I can, but not always. I do not want to go for surgery. Is there a natural way to heal myself?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Certainly, there is an Ayurveda oil called Ashwagandha bala lakshadi oil. Apply this oil externally to the entire penis every day for ten minutes before bath. This will act as an effective lubricant. Internally too you need lubrication. Take Ksheerabala 101 (Bala, Milk, Sesame Oil) capsules, one tablet twice a day in empty stomach. Use this for three months for best relief for tight foreskin.

Hope I have clarified your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply.

Do I have to apply the oil only externally or internally too? Because, you said I need lubrication internally too.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Ksheerabala capsule internally and Ashwagandha bala lakshadi oil (Balaswagandhadi thailam) externally.
