Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com. Animal foods are estrogenic so that a vegan diet can be followed. Avoid eating meat, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, sugar, hot sauces and spicy foods, fried and fatty foods, processed food to reduce inflammation. Try to take liver cleansing foods such as beetroots, carrots, artichokes, lemon, parsnips, and dandelion greens. Try to take magnesium-rich foods and turmeric in your diet. Take juices of carrot, spinach, cucumber, and lemon juice in warm water. Take Turska or Turska's revised formula. Take 40 drops in a small amount of warm water three times a day between the meals. Apply natural progesterone cream two times a day on the skin. Take Omega 3 (high potency) 3000 to 6000 mg with food in divided doses daily. Try to take iron-rich foods and elemental Magnesium per day.
