Q. What could be the reason for high fever in a six-year-old despite taking homeopathic medication for an autoimmune disease?
Hello doctor,
My son is six years old and now suffering from an autoimmune disease for the past year. Last year allopathic medicine worked for him. But this time, it has been seven months none of the medicines was working for him. Neither allopathic nor homeopathic. Currently, he is under homeopathic medicine. But still has a fever above 101 degrees Fahrenheit. Please tell me what I am supposed to do.

What are the symptoms your son is suffering? The immune system normally guards against the germs like viruses and bacteria by producing antibodies. Some autoimmune diseases may target only one organ. Other diseases like lupus may affect the whole body. Scope of homeopathy in autoimmune diseases are good. Some common autoimmune diseases are rheumatoid arthritis, leucoderma, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel diseases, diabetes, etc. For your case, give Ignatia 200 C (Genuine powdered extracts from dried seeds of Ignatia fruit) three doses per week, then 1M and 10M each dose.
