Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 19-year-old, and my height is 172 cm with a weight of 55 kg. Unfortunately, I experienced a traumatic event that I cannot recall. As a result, I started masturbating at the age of 13 or 14 years. I would occasionally do it two to three times a day but there would always be a gap of one or two days in between. Eventually, I stopped but my association with negative peers led me to resume the habit. I am now concerned because I ejaculate within one to one and half minutes of beginning masturbation, and I fear this could be a sign of premature ejaculation. While my penis appears small and flaccid, it looks normal when erect. I am unsure whether my penis can grow, and I seek advice on how to address this issue. Can you offer any guidance on how to overcome premature ejaculation and increase my penis size? This concern is important for me, and I do not want to negatively impact my life.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq family,

As a growing adolescent, it is normal to experience certain changes and urges. While masturbation is a normal activity, excessive masturbation can have negative effects. Regarding your concern about premature ejaculation, if your penis erects normally and everything else is normal, then there is no need to worry about the short ejaculation period of one to one and half minutes. Rapid ejaculation during masturbation is sometimes common compared to normal intercourse.

Here are some tips to take care of yourself and avoid future problems:

  1. Avoid excessive masturbation.
  2. Do not stress as stress can lead to faster ejaculation.
  3. Include milk, eggs (if you already take them), oysters (if you already take them), carrots, asparagus, walnuts, garlic, bananas, green leafy vegetables like spinach, pumpkin seeds, and other foods in your diet. These will help improve your seminal fluid and stamina in the long term. Take these alternately and as much as possible.
  4. Quit smoking and drinking as both can negatively affect your general and sexual health.
  5. Exercise daily, especially those exercises that increase blood flow to your pelvic areas, as this can improve your stamina over time.
  6. Get adequate sleep for at least six to eight hours and try to sleep before midnight.

As you are young and growing, you do not require any medication at this time. Try these tips regularly, and you should see positive results soon.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to consult me at icliniq.
