Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 62 years old. Since the age of 44, I have been having ED issues. What is the best medicine for ED? I do not have any sugar complaints.
Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
You mentioned that you have been suffering from this problem for so many years, but you did not mention if you had taken any medicine before or not. At 62, the causes of erectile dysfunction can be age, diet, lifestyle, or some other reason. First of all, improve your diet. Your diet plays a major role in improving your sexual life. Add two glasses of milk to your diet. Milk is supposed to increase the semen quality.
According to Ayurveda, black gram lentils are good for improving your semen quality, so take this twice or thrice a week. Take a half teaspoon of ghee every day, as it will act as a rejuvenator and help to improve your condition. Quit smoking, because smoking provokes erectile dysfunction. Keep an eye on your alcohol intake. Do not consume too much alcohol. Sleep adequately for at least six to eight hours a day. Do not take too much stress. Stress also provokes the erectile dysfunction.
I suggest you take Tentex royal capsule, (Gokshura extracts, Kokilaksha, Vathada) two capsules once daily, one hour before sexual intercourse for four to six weeks, and Makardhwaj Rasayan tablet (Shuddha Kaunch Beej, Ashwagandha, Shuddha Shilajit), one tablet twice a day with milk for two weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her, and take medicines with consent.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
