Is it safe to take homeopathy medicines for multiple problems at once?

Hello doctor,

I have been prescribed the following medicines for my ED. I have attached a copy of the prescription below.

1. SBL Agnus Castus 1X (Q) 1 fl oz. Ten drops in one-fourth cup of water, three times a day, after food for two months.

2. Willmar Schwabe India Avena Sativa 200 CH 1 fl oz. Five drops in one-fourth cup of water, twice a day, once a week for a month.

I was suffering from depression for one year. But I overcame it with the help of yoga and Ayurvedic supplements.

I am also taking the following allopathic medicines.

1. Bio-D3 Max.

2. Supradyn.

3. Tenalol 25 mg.

4. Glycomet-GP 0.5 Forte.

Can I take the above medicines along with the following medications which I take for my Psoriasis?

1. Hydrocotyle Asiatica.

2. Petroleum 30 CH.

I have gone through your reports and prescription (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). Medicine prescribed for ED (erectile dysfunction) is acceptable, and Hydrocotyle and Petroleum do not interfere with its action. So you can take it if psoriasis is bothering you. Hematocrit value is slightly lower; therefore, you need to take some iron supplements for one month as you might feel a little tired. You can include more spinach, beetroot, pomegranate in your diet to increase iron from natural resources, or take Dexorange (Ferric ammonium citrate + Folic acid + Cyanocobalamin + Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate) capsule, once daily for one month.
