Epididymitis is the inflammation of the epididymis, which a coiled tube at the back of the testicles. It is caused due to bacterial infections, which can also be sexually transmitted. The symptoms are swollen and red scrotum, testicular pain and tenderness, blood in semen, painful urination, and abdominal pain.
