Epididymal Cyst

An epididymal cyst is otherwise known as a spermatocele. It is a painless, fluid-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube above and behind each testicle. It also appears as a lump on the scrotum. The fluid in the cyst may contain sperms that are alive. This cyst resolves on time and does not require treatment, but large painful cysts need surgery to remove them.
