Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 30 years old, my height is 5 feet 2 inches, and I weigh 77.16 Ibs. I have a six-month-old baby. I have had a digestive problem for ten years, and I have used Ayurvedic medications for the same. I have done an endoscopy twice, but the result was normal. I suffer a lot from gastric and acidity problems, and have less appetite. Recently I have been experiencing pain in the left side after three hours of taking food. So, can you please suggest me a diet plan for me along with the scheduled time?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.

My advice:

  1. Try to take five small meals instead of three big meals. Avoid eating spicy, junk, and oily food, and avoid taking salad or fruits along with food. Prefer eating home-cooked food.
  2. Consume a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  3. Drink one cup of buttermilk daily with a pinch of roasted cumin powder added to it.
  4. As far as time is concerned, try to take breakfast after one hour of waking up. And try to split the meals into five smaller portions; instead of taking three big meals.

I hope you understand my point.

Thank you.
