Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have diabetes, and I firmly believe that I can beat it with the help of supplements and herbs. However, I need some advice, and I have a book that has guided me what to take and how much, but it does not seem to impact my sugar levels. I came home one day and checked my sugars. It was 198 mg/dL. Please help if you can.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
I strongly agree that you can beat diabetes with supplements and herbs. Many homeopathic remedies are made out of herbs or plants and have proven very effective in controlling the sugar levels in the body.
Since you have not described your symptoms in detail, I assume you have had Type 2 diabetes at this young age. If you could have described your symptoms in more detail, it would have been easy to understand the issue properly because diabetes is a very common term and symptoms vary from person to person.
Anyways, some homeopathic remedies can be taken to keep sugar levels in control.
1) Syzygium Jambolanum drops 20 drops added in half a cup of water twice a day for 15 days. Generally it helps to reduce blood sugar levels.
2) Cephalandra indica is indicated only if you suffer from skin problems like boils, acne, long-term abscess, kidney problems, and diabetes. You can take 15 to 20 drops in half a cup of water twice a day for 15 days.
Try either of the remedies mentioned above with the consent of a specialist. You can take them for two months at a stretch, but keep checking your sugar levels every 15 days.
I hope this works for you. Kindly let me know if you have any questions, I would be glad to answer them.
