Hi doctor,

I have had dandruff for many years now, and it always accumulates by itself after a day or two. Also, I cannot help itching my scalp. I always need to itch it or touch my scalp to relieve stress. Sometimes I also scratch my scalp in my sleep and do not know how to stop. What can I do to remedy this? Please help.

I have read your query, and based on the same, I would advise keeping your scalp clean by following a simple technique of applying oil overnight and washing it in the morning with a mild shampoo. Do not apply shampoo directly over the scalp; dilute it with water and then apply. Apart from this, use a single dose of medicine Phosphorus 30C dosage that will be five pills to make one dose. Revert after three days for follow-up.
