I have had dandruff and hair fall for a long period of time. I do not consume oil or fried food. My face is full of pimples and visible open pores. I have tried many options in allopathy, but everything was temporary. Please provide a solution for this.

Narasimha Rasayanam (Shikhi, Asana, Shimshapa, Vella vidanga) one teaspoon twice daily before food.
Apply warm Prapaundarikadi thailam (Prapoundarika, Madhuka, Amalaki) two teaspoons to the scalp followed by a head bath after an hour.
Apply Acnovin cream (Turmeric, Manjishtha, Neem, Saffron, Aloe vera) externally over the face.
One tablet of Dhatri Lauha (Dhatri, Lauha Churna, Yastimadhu, and Amrita) twice daily after food.
