What might be the cause of swelling in one of the testes following a local operation for cystitis?

3. Take a tablet of Gandhak Rasayan (purified and detoxified sulfur) twice a day orally after meals.
4. Take a tablet of Kaishore Guggulu (Gokshuru) twice a day orally after meals.
