Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 44-year-old female. I have massive hair fall, dandruff, blood pressure, and sugar. I have recovered from COVID three months ago. My weight is 165.34 pounds, and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. I am menopausal. Kindly help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
For hair fall and dandruff, I suggest the following herbal drugs:
1. Matthan thailam (Datura metel leaf juice, coconut oil, and copper sulfate) - one hour before bath, apply this oil on hair and scalp, do a gentle massage with your fingers. Take a bath after one hour in normal water or warm water (not in hot water). Follow this daily.
2. Karisalai karpam tablet (Eclipta prostata, Wedelia calendulaceas, Indigofera tinctoria) - two tablets in the morning, two in the afternoons, and two at night after food.
Consult your doctor and take these medicines accordingly. Follow these two herbal drugs for the next month regularly. Your condition will improve. These drugs should be continued for three months in total. For high blood pressure and sugar, do not stop allopathic drugs immediately. Please share the laboratory reports or consult nearby Ayurveda or Siddha doctors. After seeing the laboratory reports and your naadi (pulse), we can decide on herbal drugs. But, I suggest you make the following recommendations from now onwards:
1. Dinner should be completed before 7 PM. It should be millet-based food.
2. Breakfast should be at 9:00 AM. Again this is also millet-based food, or just vegetable juices (cucumber, pumpkin, bottle gourd juice, etc.).
3. Lunch - As per your wish, anything is fine. But 50 percent must be vegetables (stew, fry, curry). Curd or buttermilk can be taken.
4) Practice Pranayama - 20 minutes morning and evening on an empty stomach.
5) Walking in the evening or after dinner for 30 minutes.
6) Stop tea, milk, and coffee. If you want to consume tea or coffee, drink just hot water or any vegetable juices.
7) No snacks in between foods. Take any fruits or dry grapes, dry dates, and dry figs.
If you can follow these suggestions, you can surely stop all Allopathic drugs and be healthy for as many days as you continue this dieting practice.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for the reply.
These are my latest reports. I already practice yoga. My hemoglobin is always slightly low. Also, my resting heart rate is high. Post covid, my sugar levels have increased. There are no Siddha practitioners nearby. What could be done? Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Please continue the pranayamas, which have more benefits to controlling the heart rate. The hemoglobin is not too low; it is near normal. So, no need to worry.
Daily consumption of one pomegranate (directly or as juice) results in an assured rise of hemoglobin by 2 g/dL per month. Coronavirus disease (COVID) consequences affect the liver. Hence hemoglobin, glucose, and hair fall are occurring.
For all these, the Karisalai karpam tablet is the drug that can be taken. I have already mentioned it for hair fall. For excess heart rate, I suggest taking the following herbal (white lotus flower) based drug, Venthamarai mathirai tablets, two tablets in the morning, two afternoons, and two evenings (on an empty stomach). So, now I suggest you buy Karisalai karpam tablet, Matthan thailam, and Venthamarai mathirai, and use them for three months.
Within ten days, you will feel the difference.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for replying.
I have attached my reports for your reference (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity).
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) level to be reduced. The stress on the body (infections) can aggravate the glucose level.
Anyway, now you have come out of coronavirus disease (COVID) infection, your blood glucose level will be controlled easily. Proper dietary practice, walking, and drugs (Allopathic or Siddha) can maintain a normal glucose level. The role of drugs is one-third only. The remaining role is yours.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
