Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. I appreciate you seeking help. I would recommend the following for relief: 1. Streamline your diet and lifestyle: Focus on a balanced diet, preferably with adequate intake of water and roughage. Take at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Exercise in a clean and open air for at least 30 to 45 minutes daily. 2. Restrict flesh foods like chicken, eggs, etc., as these are likely to worsen constipation and consequently complicate constipation, piles, and fissures issues. 3. High-calorie foods including sweets, cakes, pastries, greasy, oily, spicy and fast foods are best avoided too. 4. I suggest taking a glass of freshly prepared juice made of ripe Bael (Aegle marmelos) fruit, one teaspoon honey, black pepper, cardamom, etc., daily evening. 5. Take freshly prepared buttermilk twice daily. Hope this helps you to get better soon. Should the issue persist, then get this clinically examined by a GI (gastrointestinal) specialist for further treatment. Do take care, and all the very best.
