Brahmi Ghrita

Brahmi ghrita is an ayurvedic medicine available in herbal ghee form. It is used for the preparatory procedure called panchakarma. It helps improve learning skills, intelligence, and memory, and balance tridoshas in the body. It also helps treat skin diseases, epilepsy, female infertility, depression, fatigue, myalgia, and panic attacks. It is taken around a quarter to half teaspoon with water before taking food once or twice a day as a medicine.
