This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I feel back pain on my left side and sometimes experience sperm discharge when I pee. I have taken many kinds of medicine, such as Jivan Porush. I am now going to use Confido. Can you suggest some good medicine? I am 24, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weigh 110.23 pounds.

Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

As you mentioned in your complaints that you have left side back pain. In this concern, I would like to say that it may be due to constipation, colitis, injuries in the backbone, and renal stone. It can be managed. Sperm discharge issue occurs while defecation or other times also. Are you married or unmarried? Because it is common in unmarried people.

You can take Manasmitra Vati (Bala, Nagbala, Bilwa) one tablet, Shilapravang (Shuddha Shilajit, Pravala Bhasma, Vanga Bhasma) one tablet, Ashwagandha (Manjistha, Haritaki, Haridra) capsules one capsule twice a day with warm milk after meals.

Preventive measures include:

  1. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods, as well as cold drinks, soft drinks, and ice cream.
  2. Avoid smoking and drinking if you have these habits.
  3. Eat fibrous foods, fruits, and leafy green vegetables.
  4. Do regular kapalbhati and suryanamaskara.

I hope your query got resolved. For further queries, you can consult me at icliniq.

Thank you.
