Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am often going for motion pain in the anus. Please help.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I appreciate you seeking help.
Are you getting loose stools?
Do you see any fresh blood in the same?
First and foremost, I would advise you to get a stool test done to rule out infection, if any. You can revert with diagnostics to facilitate an appropriate naturopathic prescription. Additionally, given the understanding that you are underweight, it is important that you take adequate care of your diet and nutrition and also maintain an active lifestyle.
Try to eat a healthy, balanced and anti-inflammatory diet consisting mostly of whole grain cereals, leafy greens, seasonal fresh fruits, and dry fruits. In the above-mentioned context, a Mediterranean diet is advisable. Chew your food properly, and avoid drinking water intermittently while eating. You can take a glass of buttermilk to which a tsp of fresh turmeric powder is added and mixed thoroughly at least once daily. Fatty, oily, greasy, spicy and flesh food are best avoided. It is important to restrict tea, coffee and sweet foodstuff, including sweetened carbonated beverages or packaged juices. Do stay well hydrated as well.
I hope this helps. Do take care, and all the very best.
Thank you.
