Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have read your query and understand your concern. Bleeding with stool during pregnancy might have many reasons like pressure on the anal canal due to a growing uterus or sometimes piles may occur during pregnancy or due to dietary habits. Again if bleeding with stool occurs then it might be due to many reasons like piles or due to fissure in ano or other reasons. This can be differentiated only from the local examination. But these conditions have some reasons in common. So I am suggesting here some medicines and some lifestyle changes for your condition. These all will help you to relieve the problem.
1. First of all change the dietary habits because wrong dietary habits lead to constipation and constipation leads to these problems. Prefer a fibrous diet. Add more fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet. This will help in maintaining the health of the intestine.
2. Drink plenty of water. Water will help in the removal of excessive toxins and also helps in relieving the problem of constipation. Adopt a habit of taking one glass of lukewarm water early in the morning after waking up. This will help in passing stool easily because due to hard stool sometimes local lacerations occur and bleeding may happen and sometimes hard stool leads to constipation which may further lead to other problems.
3. I suggest taking Arshonyt ointment (Haridra, Nimba, Kumari). Apply inside and outside the rectum each time before and after defecation and once at bedtime for painless evacuation to check bleeding. This will also help in relieving swelling. In case you find a problem in finding this ointment you can also take Pilex ointment (Sensitive Plant, Zinc Calx) and apply it the same way I described you earlier.
4. Take Pilex tablets (Balsamodendron Mukul) two tablets twice daily with lukewarm water for four weeks. It will help in the management of constipation and constipation is the root cause of further problems.
5. Do make a habit of sitting in lukewarm water after passing stool. Take water in the bathtub and do sit after passing stool. This will provide you with local relief and also helps in relieving swelling. If sometimes you are unable to sit in lukewarm water then do sit twice a day.
6. Avoid excessive spicy food and deep fried food and excessive intake of caffeine as all these lead to problems of constipation.
7. Sleep adequately at least for six to eight hours and make sure to go to bed before midnight. It will help you in keeping your bowel movements regular.
8. Quit smoking and drinking habits.
Adopt all these habits and take these medicines regularly. You will see immensely positive results very soon. In case the problem aggravates and you find more blood in stool and any other associated problem occurs then do visit a nearby surgeon so that he can do a local examination and can make an appropriate diagnosis. I hope I cleared all your doubts.
Thank you.
