Acute Demyelinating Encephalomyelitis

Acute demyelinating encephalomyelitis is a rare condition showing inflammation of the brain and spinal cord. Damage to myelin occurs. The common symptoms are fever, headache, imbalance in the body and movements, seizures, and vision problems. The symptoms will originate suddenly and get worse faster. It is managed by taking anti-inflammatory drugs, intravenous corticosteroids, and oral corticosteroids.
