Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 53-year-old female with 5 feet in height and 114.64 Ibs weight. I have been suffering from acid reflux for the last year. Taking Pantosec gives relief. Sometimes I take Eno and cold milk, which gives relief, so I have stopped taking Pantosec. Currently, I am using home remedies like ginger water, jeera water, tulsi leaves, a mixture of salt and turmeric, and apple cider vinegar. Kindly suggest a permanent cure.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Take the following medicines for your problem.

Avipattikar Churna (Zingiber official, Piper nigrum, Piper longum, Terminalia chebula, and Terminalia bellerica) one teaspoon twice daily with lukewarm water after food for two weeks. Tablet Himcocid (Cowrie shell ash and Indian gooseberry) one tablet in case of severe acidity. Consult me after two weeks regarding improvement and further management or you can consult your nearby ayurvedic physician.

Thank you.

Regarding follow up

Follow up after two weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
