Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I just read your query. You did not mention how long have you been taking all these churans and whether are these helping you out to some extent or not. You neither mention your bowel habits means how many times a day you pass stool or you have to go to the toilet immediately after taking food. But the problem you mentioned here is indicating IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). In IBS the patient has symptoms like disturbed bowel habits, food not digested properly, etc. So I am prescribing you some treatment and lifestyle tips. Lifestyle plays an important role. First of all, try to split your three big meals into five small meals. It will help you with easy digestion.

  1. Never skip breakfast.
  2. Avoid fast food, oily food, and outside food as much as possible. Because it contains spices in a large amount and they reuse the same oil which is not good for you.
  3. Take more fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. But do not take raw vegetables. Take homemade food.
  4. Take one to two cups of buttermilk every day because they are considered an intestinal cleanser.
  5. Do not take tea, coffee, or cold drinks.
  6. Quit smoking and drinking if you do.
  7. Sleep adequately at least 6 to 8 hours a day. Make sure you go to bed before midnight.
  8. Walking, meditation, and breathing exercises are very helpful for you.
  9. Do not take excessive stress because stress aggravates the problem of indigestion.
  10. Take Kutjarishta (Kutaja bark, Ativisha, water) two teaspoons with half a glass of water after food twice a day after food for four weeks.
  11. Take Bilvadi Leh (Bilva, gur, dhataki flowers) 1 tablespoon before food twice a day.
  12. Stomach pain is mainly due to indigestion but in case of excessive stomach pain, you can take Shankh Vati (Kshara of Chincha, Panchalavana, Nimbu swarasa) one to two tablets twice a day with lukewarm water. You can take these tablets twice or thrice a day.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
