Does being stress-free, having a healthy diet, and exercising improve IVF success?

Hello doctor,

Please explain to me in detail about in vitro fertilization (IVF). My sister, who is 32 years old, has been unable to conceive for the past five years. She has tried various diets and undergone some treatments for pregnancy, including receiving hormonal injections, but everything has failed. Additionally, her weight is too high, at 180 pounds. Now, the doctor has recommended IVF for her. However, her egg development is not good, so the doctor suggested using donor eggs.

What is the success rate for this procedure, and what precautions should be taken for a successful pregnancy? My sister is mentally and emotionally upset. She is eager for this pregnancy to be successful because she has already spent a lot of money and wants to have children this year. What are some healthy diets she can follow, and what precautions should be taken for the pregnancy to be 100 percent successful?

What could be the reason for frequent urination, vaginal itching, and discharge, anal itching, pelvic pain, vaginitis, and lower back pain?

Hello doctor,

I have frequent urination, vaginal itching, vaginal discharge (no smell) anus itching, pelvic pain, vaginitis, and lower back pain. I went to three different doctors and they said it looks like yeast or a bladder infection. They gave me medicine and it did not work. I am taking cranberry pills and probiotics while drinking plenty of water. One doctor recommended Boric and I have been using that along with Monistat. I also got tested for STD and all tests came back negative each time. I do not know what is wrong and need treatment.
